I loved the challenge of the 28 day detox. Having completed a 10-day detox prior, I was keen to build on the progress I saw and felt. The support in the group for the challenge was incredible. I really loved the meals trying different recipes. Even post detox, I still cook these most days and try to keep to the foods that are detox friendly. I lost 44cm overall and 6.8kgs. As someone who suffers from endometriosis, I did this also to try reduce my symptoms and 100% this really made such a difference. I was pain free most days. Which was a huge win for me. It definitely was not easy, but the rewards were so worth it. I highly recommend this to everyone!

So easy to follow and the meals were the best. Found it more successful than the 10 day.

Never felt better, absolutely loved this detox. Food was amazing and never felt restricted, it was easy to follow and results were quick. It didnt feel hard to stay focused and is easy to carry on with, once you start you never want to go back to feeling the way you did before this detox! The bonus is the amazing groups you join and watching everyone come up with their own recipe ideas to make it work for everyone's daily routine.
