Programme refers to any digital product, course, challenge, guided programme, or DIY programme offered via this website.

DIY Programme refers to a self-paced digital programme with no live facilitation.

Guided Programme refers to a programme that includes live components, scheduled support, or facilitated community access.

Participant, you, or your refers to the customer purchasing or accessing a Programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing any Programme, you agree to these Delivery Terms & Conditions in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms govern how Programme access, materials, and support are delivered.
3. Digital Delivery

All Programmes are delivered digitally.

Delivery may include (but is not limited to):
- Email access
- Secure online portals or platforms
- Downloadable files (PDFs, guides, recipes, resources)
- Pre-recorded or live video content
- Community or group access (e.g. messaging apps or private forums)
No physical products are shipped.
Clean Meals - is NOT included in Benson Detox digital programmes, where Clean Meals is mentioned, it describes ready made meals that can be ordered and purchased in New Zealand only.

4. Access Timing

DIY Programmes: Access is typically granted immediately or within a reasonable timeframe after successful payment.

Guided Programmes: Access is provided according to the Programme schedule and may begin on a set start date communicated at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is correct.
5. Programme Length & Availability

Programme lengths vary and are clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Access duration may be time-limited or ongoing, depending on the Programme.

We reserve the right to update, replace, or enhance Programme materials during or after delivery.
6. Community & Guided Support (Where Applicable)

Some Programmes include access to guided support, live sessions, or private community groups.

Community access is moderated and subject to respectful participation.

We reserve the right to remove participants from community spaces for inappropriate behaviour, misuse, or breach of terms, without refund.
7. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having suitable internet access and compatible devices to view or download digital materials.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or device incompatibility.
8. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive access details within a reasonable timeframe:

Check your spam or junk folder

Contact us using the support details provided on the website
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly.
9. Licence & Usage

Programme access is provided under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence.

Content may not be shared, copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed in any form without written permission.

Login details and access links must not be shared with others.
10. Changes to Delivery

We reserve the right to adjust delivery methods, platforms, or schedules where necessary.

11. Completion of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once digital access to the purchased Programme has been granted, regardless of whether the Participant completes or engages with the Programme.
12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, or guarantees (if offered) are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is granted, access to Programme materials and community spaces may be revoked.
13. Intellectual Property
All Programme content remains the intellectual property of the Programme provider. Purchasing a Programme does not transfer ownership of any materials.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses arising from digital delivery methods or third-party platforms.
