We pride ourselves on our product but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please get in touch with us to discuss your concerns.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Currency & International Pricing

Benson Detox operates internationally and charges customers in the following currencies based on their location at checkout:

  • New Zealand – New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

  • Australia – Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • United Kingdom – British Pounds Sterling (GBP)

  • United States – United States Dollars (USD)

  • All other international countries – United States Dollars (USD)

For Any Refund:
Any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the customer.

Benson Detox is not responsible for exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, or charges applied by third-party payment providers.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
