Champions Membership Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Champions is a members-only subscription available exclusively to people who have completed a Benson Detox program. We reserve the right to cancel memberships that do not meet this eligibility requirement.

Subscription & Billing
Champions is a monthly subscription billed in advance on the same date each month, based on your original sign-up date.

By joining Champions, you authorise Benson Detox to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

Currency & International Pricing

Benson Detox operates internationally and charges customers in the following currencies based on their location at checkout:

  • New Zealand – New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

  • Australia – Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • United Kingdom – British Pounds Sterling (GBP)

  • United States – United States Dollars (USD)

  • All other international countries – United States Dollars (USD)

All prices are displayed and processed in the applicable currency at checkout. Any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the customer.

Benson Detox is not responsible for exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, or charges applied by third-party payment providers.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Champions membership at any time.

If you cancel after your monthly billing date, your payment for that month is not refunded. You will continue to have full access to Champions benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Example:
If your billing date is 6 January and you cancel on 8 January, you will remain a Champion until 5 February, but the January charge will not be refunded.

How to Cancel
To cancel your Champions membership, you must either:

  • Message Benson directly via WhatsApp on +44 7869 984603

Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Champions Membership Benefits
As a Champion, you may receive access to:

  • The private Champions WhatsApp group for learning, inspiration, and community

  • Early access to new recipes and content

  • Exclusive Champions-only discounts on Benson Detox products

  • Special discounts on selected partner and collaboration products

Membership benefits may vary over time and are subject to availability.

Community Guidelines
Champions is intended to be a supportive and respectful space. Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour within the Champions WhatsApp group or broader community may result in removal from the group or cancellation of membership without refund.

Changes to Membership
Benson Detox reserves the right to update, modify, or replace Champions membership benefits at any time. Any changes will aim to maintain overall value for members.
