I have been living with Crohn’s disease for about 7 years now. For a long time a major contributing factor to managing my symptoms has been through my diet. However, after being pregnant and raising a baby over the last year, my eating habits have definitely gotten very lazy!
This detox was the exact thing that I needed to get my health back on track. Not only am I now looking and feeling better than I have in a long time, but my Crohn’s symptoms such as bloating, cramping and fatigue have been totally minimised! (Can’t complain that I lost a couple cheeky kg’s too- see ya later mom bod!).
