I can’t believe how quick the 10 days went. I really thought I would struggle more than I initially did. Day 1 and 2 were a bit of a challenge but looking back it certainly wasn’t extreme. Loved the recipes, loved the support from Benson and loved the camaraderie from the other detoxers.
Weigh in this morning and I am 2.9 kg lighter than start and have lost a total of 15cm between waist, hips thighs!! Very stoked with this result as due to the horrendous weather we have had over the last two weeks I have not been able to do my usual amount of exercise .
I feel full of energy, less bloated, sleeping like a baby and even my eyes and skin have a healthy glow. I have also had a nice re-setting of mind in regards to not requiring a lot of carbs in my diet. I thought I would make a list of ‘cons’ but have not found one!!!
I am taking this experience and recipes with me as an adaption into everyday life and will repeat these 10 days again later in Feb.
