Overall I found the detox really beneficial. Admittedly I struggled big time for the first 6 or 7 days with headaches and body aches, and having restless sleeps. But I�ve come out the other side of it feeling really good. I�m now sleeping so much better, feeling bloated feels like a distant memory, and my mindset around food and meal ideas has changed for the better. I stuck to foods that I knew I would enjoy and used a few of the recipe ideas as well. I haven�t had caffeine since, because now I�ve made the cut I dont feel that I need it. The drop of 3.2kg and 3cm off my stomach was an added bonus! While the support chat group was good in some ways, I did find it hard to keep track of, as some good info got lost in amongst the many messages. My sister also did the detox and has benefitted in the same ways I have and with almost double the weight loss. It�s been a great reset for both of us!
