• Subscriptions or ongoing support groups, where applicable

3. Digital Products and Access

All Benson Detox products are digital and delivered electronically.

Once access is granted or files are downloaded, products are considered delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable except where the Feel Better Guarantee applies.

4. Feel Better Guarantee

Benson Detox offers a Feel Better Guarantee on eligible guided detox programs only.

If you complete the guided detox as instructed and genuinely do not feel better, you may request a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete the full guided detox or challenge

• You must contact us within 7 days of completing the program

• You may be asked to confirm participation and adherence

• Only one refund per customer is permitted under this guarantee

The Feel Better Guarantee does not apply to:

• DIY Detox products

• Recipe-only purchases

• Digital downloads

• Free programs

• Subscriptions already accessed

Benson Detox reserves the right to assess eligibility in good faith.
