This was EXACTLY what I needed. I felt like I had fallen off the wagon with my eating - overeating and binge eating cr*p, and this detox was a great reset. I’ve never done anything like it before so I didn’t know what to except but I was most surprised with just how good I felt. The meals were easy, tasty and the support from the team in the group chat was amazing. Very helpful and encouraging! I’ve kept up most of these habits post-detox and can easily say this has changed my life. Highly recommend!

The detox was a great reset. I love cooking and am quite healthy generally but I definitely picked up a few new tricks that I will carry forward i.e making dressings is actually quite easy and smoothies don’t have to have a banana and oats in them! Loved the Bloob smoothie (still have it a few mornings now off detox). My fav recipes were the Almond Butter Satay Chicken skewers (pictured) and Melie’s Ginger Caramelised Salmon. I lost 3.2kgs and my gut improved significantly which is what I was hoping for! I also noticed my skin and eyes were definitely more glowy! Thanks Team, will definitely do this reset a couple of times a year!

Because there are no calorie restrictions I naïvely thought the detox would be easy but the lack of carbs and sugar left me feeling unsatisfied the first few days. However after the initial hard bit, it was great. Bloating and sleep were no longer issues at all. I'm not a morning person but I felt ready to get up at 6am! I lost 3kg. The most interesting thing is seeing how my body is reacting to foods after re-introducing them and learning what doesn't agree with my body. I'll be sticking to whole and unprocessed foods as much as possible from here on out.

This detox was a game changer for me. I like that it keeps it simple with food you can and can’t eat, rather than restrictive meal plans and calorie counting. I was able to eat out and bring simple meals to work and still keep with the programme. I feel better mentally and physically, I’ve lost weight, and I feel like it’s very achievable to keep it up 80/20. Thanks for changing my relationship to food.

I feel like I’ve lost 10kgs from the bloating alone! It wasn’t about weight loss for me but I have lost 2.4kgs and 3cm off my stomach area. My skin is so much clearer and I’ve been sleeping better. I’m still struggling a bit with energy in the mornings but the afternoons are way better. I navigated a menstrual cycle mid detox so much calmer than usual. Will continue a lot of this way of eating for sure.

  1. The detox is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time. Life kept getting in the way of committing to the detox but actually I should have done it over a year ago when I first heard about it. It was hard but now I’m out the other side and largely still following everything it’s my new norm. Not missing caffeine at all and I have so much energy and no afternoon slumps. It has made me reevaluate everything I had been doing which I thought was pretty healthy. The recipes are good and now I’m finished the initial detox I can experiment more. I found that the withdrawal symptoms during the detox made cooking the last thing I felt like doing. The Whatsapp support group was fantastic. I initially thought it sounded a bit naff, but when others in your house are eating what they like it was nice to have the group to connect with. And yes I lost 3.2kg and quite a few cms. I’m telling everyone and anyone I can about this detox as it’s a game changer for sure.

  2. Could be a bit cheaper in this economic climate. It took me a while to joing because of the price.
