This was EXACTLY what I needed.I felt like I had fallen off the wagon with my eating - overeating and binge eating cr*p, and this detox was a great reset. I’ve never done anything like it before so I didn’t know what to except but I was most surprised with just how good I felt.The meals were easy, tasty and the support from the team in the group chat was amazing. The detox was a great reset. I love cooking and am quite healthy generally but I definitely picked up a few new tricks that I will carry forward i.e making dressings is actually quite easy and smoothies don’t have to have a banana and oats in them! Loved the Bloob smoothie (still have it a few mornings now off detox). My fav recipes were the Almond Butter Satay Chicken skewers (pictured) and Melie’s Ginger Caramelised Salmon. I lost 3.2kgs and my gut improved significantly which is what I was hoping for! I also noticed my skin and eyes were definitely more glowy! Thanks Team, will definitely do this reset a couple of times a year!

The most interesting thing is seeing how my body is reacting to foods after re-introducing them and learning what doesn't agree with my body. This detox was a game changer for me. I like that it keeps it simple with food you can and can’t eat, rather than restrictive meal plans and calorie counting. I was able to eat out and bring simple meals to work and still keep with the programme. I am so happy I gave myself the gift of this 10 day detox! I was expecting to be hungry and tired, but the food I was nourishing my body with, I was definitely eating less than normal, and my energy levels were better than they have been in literally years! I usually hate getting up in the mornings (especially in winter when it is -1deg) but by day 4 I was up at 6.30am and off for a walk. My sleep went from tracking around 48-49 most nights to 89-94!!! Yummy food!
I have been caffeine dependant for many years and i have successfully kicked the habit. The first few days with headaches were tough, but after that i felt so clear and refreshed, full of energy and less bloated. I ordered a couple of the Benson meals from Clean meals for connivence but enjoyed all the recipes i made, they were simple, tasty and satisfying. i am going on to do the 28 day detox to continue to feel my best.
