I am so pleased to have completed the 28 day chalnnge following the 10 day one I did in january. I got so much more mentally out of the 28 day one and found it allowed me to establish more embedded habits that have become a way of life now. Although I have always had a passion for all things health and wellness and maintain a "healthy" diet, I truly did not even notice how many processed "health" foods I was consuming. This experience has taught me to take an even deeper dive into reading food labes/being more mindful of eating mostly whole foods and watching my sugar intake. I definitely noticed a change in my mood and energy levels after having some Easter chocolate (I finished my 28 days halfway through April) and promptly returned to the 80/20 lifestyle of the detox. As before, I love the support and social aspect of the group- I recommend this detox to anyone that will listen! Thanks Ben for creating such an epic health movement- much needed with our modern diet

After completing 2 of the 10 day detoxes I wanted to take on the 28 day and my goal was to not only eat clean and follow the detox guidelines for the 28 days but to also find a new exercise routine. I am happy to say with the two 10 days and now the 28 day detox I have found my rhythm. I am no longer binge eating and I am feeling healthy and strong. I am down 6.2kg and after years of trying to find diets that work I can confidently say this has completely changed the way I see food. Thank you to the Benson Detox team!

  2. The variety of food and recipes in the bible was fantastic. Someone said, don’t think about what you can’t have, think about everything you can have and that was a really good motto throughout the detox.

  5. For all us hormonally challenged ladies, this is a game changer for you wellness. No bloating, increased & consistent energy levels, no cravings (this is unheard of for me!), sparkly skin, joint pain almost gone. Is insane what clean eating can do. The food is delicious & easy to prepare. I was never hungry. Never counted a calorie. Best thing you can do to put your wellness first 😊
